ReplyTrove respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data, including data collected through Instagram and Facebook integrations.
How to Delete Your ReplyTrove Account and Data
You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by either:
- In-app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Email: Send a request to privacy@replytrove.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Verify your identity
- Delete your account and all personal data within 30 days
- Send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (email, business name, settings)
- All orders, customers, products, and expenses you created
- All tasks and notes
- Uploaded photos and receipts
- Connected channel credentials (Instagram, Facebook)
- Push notification tokens
What We May Retain
We may retain certain data where required by law:
- Financial transaction records for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance
- Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you
- Records of deletion requests for compliance purposes
Facebook / Instagram Data Deletion
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to ReplyTrove, you can also revoke access directly through Meta:
After revoking access on Meta, please also submit a deletion request to us at privacy@replytrove.app to ensure all data stored in our systems is also removed.
