By creating an account or using ReplyTrove, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ReplyTrove is a social commerce management platform that helps sellers manage orders, customers, conversations, and business finances through a mobile application and web interface.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited messages to customers
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms when using Instagram or Facebook integrations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to sell illegal products or services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent

5. Third-Party Integrations

ReplyTrove integrates with Instagram, Facebook, and other third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you create within ReplyTrove (orders, customers, products, messages). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPLYTROVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
