Connecting Instagram & Facebook

Go to Settings → Connected Channels → Connect. You'll be redirected to Facebook to authorise the connection via your Facebook Page — this links both your Instagram and Facebook Messenger in one step. Make sure your Instagram account is set to a Professional (Business or Creator) account and is connected to a Facebook Page.

Creating Orders & Sending Invoices

Create orders from the Orders tab or directly from a conversation in the Inbox. Tap the "+" button, fill in the customer, items, and delivery details, then save. From the order detail screen you can send a professional invoice directly to your customer via Instagram or Facebook Messenger.

Smart Replies & Intent Filtering

In the Inbox, use the filter bar to sort conversations by intent — Interested, Awaiting Payment, Complaints, and more. ReplyTrove suggests replies based on the conversation context; tap a suggestion to insert it, then edit before sending.

Managing Tasks

Add tasks from the Home screen quick actions or the Account → Tasks page. Each task can have a title, description, and due date. Tap a task to mark it complete or edit its details.

Deleting Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us at privacy@replytrove.app. See our Data Deletion page for full details.
